Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy Lazy Lowie products through our website, mobile application or an authorised retailer. Lazy Lowie products in Indonesia are supplied by PT. Lazy Lowie Mattress Group. These terms and the Return Policy together form the contract between us.
1. General
- We may change these Terms of Sale and the Return Policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after publication. Questions: info@lazylowie.id or WhatsApp 0812 3743 0471.
2. Information on the website and in stores
- We try to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but mistakes happen; we will correct errors as soon as reasonably possible and tell you if one affects your order.
- Colours depend on your display; sizes and shapes may differ from how they appear on screen, so check the stated dimensions. Images are for illustration; the written description is authoritative.
- All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw a product from sale at any time; our only liability is to refund money paid for products we can no longer supply.
- Delivery estimates are estimates. Promotions and prices may differ between our website and authorised retailers; where the displayed price differs from the amount paid, we honour the lower price.
3–5. Availability, security, eligibility
- We may modify or stop offering products and services temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and telling us if you suspect a security risk.
- You must be 18 or over to order, with an active email address and telephone number.
6–7. Placing and accepting orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. The Order Confirmation acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance. Acceptance happens when we dispatch your products, or, for made-to-order products, when we take payment.
- We may decline any order before acceptance and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
8–9. Payment and pricing errors
- Payment is usually taken when you order. Taking payment is not acceptance; if we do not accept your order you receive a full refund within 30 days.
- Prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. The delivery fee depends on weight, size, quantity and destination; we will always notify you before any change to it.
- If we discover a pricing error we will contact you to re-confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund within 30 days.
10. Delivery
- Delivery is to the address you specify. Make sure you are available on the delivery date; to change it, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failed deliveries caused by absence or insufficient access may incur storage, redelivery and administration fees.
- Check measurements and access (stairs, lifts, narrow doors, parking) before ordering and tell us about them in advance.
- Sign the delivery document on receipt and note any obvious damage or missing items. Once delivered, the products are at your risk. An adult representative may accept delivery on your behalf.
11–12. Cancelling and returning
- Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after payment and can only be returned if they are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.
- Off-the-shelf products can be cancelled at any time until we accept your order. See the Return Policy for the 100-night trial.
13–19. About us, liability and other terms
- PT. Lazy Lowie Mattress Group is organised under the laws of Indonesia and is the sole appointed distributor of Lazy Lowie products in Indonesia.
- Our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the products, except for death, personal injury or fraud, and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for loss of revenue, profit, goodwill or unforeseeable losses.
- Manufacturing faults are covered by the 10-year mattress warranty described on the Warranty page.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one term is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
