Lazy Lowie Warranty

What the warranty covers, how long it runs, and how to make a claim, in Bali or anywhere in Indonesia.

1. Warranty period

The mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, starting on the date of the purchase invoice.
Pillows and bolsters are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting on the date of the purchase invoice.

Lazy Lowie warrants your mattress against production faults in the cover or the mattress core.
Visible indentations of more than 4 cm. Contact info@lazylowie.id for instructions on how to measure this properly.
Only the defective piece or part will be repaired or replaced.

The normal increase in softness of the foam during break-in or over time.
Any deterioration of foam, latex or other materials resulting in an indentation of less than 4 cm.
Products that have been altered, improperly used, or where the care instructions on the label have not been followed.
Intentional or accidental damage, neglect, burns, cuts, liquid spills, mould, stains, or products that are abnormally soiled or subjected to unsanitary conditions.
Discolouration from UV or sunlight, bleach or other washing products.
Improper foundations, platforms or bases that cause the mattress to fail.
Use of a heating pad or electric blanket with a memory foam mattress.
Purchasers other than the original purchaser named on the invoice, or products not bought new from Lazy Lowie or an authorised dealer.
Dissatisfaction with feel or comfort. Firmness descriptions are a guideline and comfort is subjective; we do not warrant a particular comfort level.
Any claim that the mattress will prevent back pain, reduce allergies or alleviate other discomfort.
Roll-packed products that were not opened within 30 days of receipt.

Submit all claims by email to info@lazylowie.id.
Include the original proof of purchase and photos of the defect. For indentations, use a tailor’s tape that follows the curve of the mattress, measured on a flat horizontal base or the floor.
All defects are verified by a person designated by Lazy Lowie.
If the mattress is confirmed defective due to production faults, it will be replaced or you will receive a prorated refund, at your option.
Prorated refund: from year 1 to year 10, Lazy Lowie refunds 100% down to 10% of the mattress price respectively, or provides a new mattress, at your option.

Maintain a proper foundation that supports the mattress. On a slatted base, slats should be no more than 10 cm apart.
Read and follow the care and washing instructions.
Do not remove the labels; they identify the product for warranty purposes.
Keep the mattress in a properly ventilated room. Storing it in a damp or humid place, or exposing the core to UV or sunlight, invalidates the warranty.
The mattress and pillows are designed for sleeping. Jumping, pulling and throwing can cause tears or indentations.
