What we collect

Your account
- You can register an account at lazylowie.id to shop without re-entering your details. You can delete it permanently from your profile page; purchase history is retained under this policy and cannot be restored. Accounts inactive for 5 years may be deactivated or deleted.
How we use it
- Processing orders and delivery, including fraud analysis through trusted third-party payment systems and sharing delivery details with our delivery partners.
- Managing returns and claims.
- Statistical analysis to improve our service, and marketing that is relevant to you, by phone, message, email or post where you have consented.
- Managing your account, responding to your feedback, and improving and securing our website and mobile application.
When we share it
- Within Lazy Lowie, with our employees and trusted service partners, who process it only for the purposes above. We never sell your personal information.
- With fraud-prevention organisations and law enforcement where suspected criminal activity is alleged.
- Third parties are bound to keep your data confidential and process it lawfully.
Where it is stored
- In secure environments protected by technical, administrative and physical safeguards. Where data is transferred outside Indonesia, we apply the same protective controls.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via info@lazylowie.id or WhatsApp 0812 3743 0471.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information; we are legally obliged to keep it up to date.
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you; we provide it free of charge within 40 days.
- By accepting this policy you consent to Lazy Lowie and its trusted partners collecting, processing, storing and deleting your data inside and outside Indonesia for the purposes above.

- We may update this policy from time to time; check this page occasionally. Written notices can be sent to our registered office and we confirm receipt in writing.
