Can I test the different firmness settings?+
Yes. Staff will unzip a display mattress and reorder the layers with you so you feel soft, medium and firm on the same bed.
Can I order in store?+
Yes, with the same prices, free delivery and 100-night trial as online. Delivery in Bali is 3–5 days.
Are all sizes on display?+
Each showroom shows the Original in at least one size plus all pillows. Every size and thickness can be ordered.
Do I need an appointment?+
No. Walk in during the store’s opening hours. If you’d rather not go alone, message us on WhatsApp a day ahead and Ronald will meet you at the showroom, or come to your home or project to advise on site.
How long should I lie on it?+
Give each firmness setting at least two minutes in your usual sleeping position. Ten minutes covers all three, and the difference is clear.
Can I bring my partner?+
Please do. Each side of a double can be set differently, so you can both try your preferred layer order on the same mattress.
Can I try the pillows and toppers too?+
Yes. Every showroom has the Ergonomic, Premium and Deluxe pillows, the bolster and the latex topper on display.
Is the showroom price the same as online?+
Yes. Same price, same free delivery and setup, same 100-night trial. Ordering in store just means you’ve tried it first.
I’m not in Bali, how do I try it?+
Order online and treat the first 100 nights as your showroom. If it isn’t right, we collect it from your home and refund you in full.
