Is latex too firm for a pillow?+
Latex is supportive but springy: it pushes back gently instead of collapsing. The Deluxe is the softest, the Premium the firmest, the Ergonomic in between.
Does the pillow smell?+
Natural latex has a faint sweet scent for the first few days that airs out quickly. No chemical off-gassing.
Is it covered by the 100-night trial?+
Yes, same as the mattress: sleep on it, and if it isn’t right we collect it and refund you.
